2. SMS/Text Messaging Program

When you call our AI receptionist to book or manage an appointment, we collect your phone number to send you appointment-related text messages, such as booking confirmations and reminders. Business owners using our service similarly receive text notifications about new bookings.

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or reply HELP for assistance.

3. Account & Billing Information

If you become a client, we collect business information you provide to set up and customize your account, including business name, hours, services offered, and other details used to configure your AI receptionist. Payment information is processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor; we do not store your full card details ourselves. Stripe's own privacy practices govern how payment data is handled on their end.

4. Call Activity Data

To show you how your AI receptionist is performing, your account dashboard may display call activity information — such as number of calls, call duration, and call outcomes — sourced from Vapi, our voice AI provider. This data reflects your account's call activity and is not shared with other clients.

5. How We Use Information

Information submitted through our contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry and evaluate a potential engagement. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

6. Cookies and Analytics

This site does not currently use cookies or third-party analytics tracking. This policy will be updated if that changes.

7. Data Retention

We retain information submitted through our contact form only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and, if an engagement begins, for the duration of that relationship and any legally required period afterward.
